Price Errors
In the event of a significant pricing error, the company reserves the right to cancel or refuse the order, even after confirmation.

- Modecasa never stores your credit card or payment details on our own servers.
Payment Authorization
When you send us your payment information, you are confirming that you have the right to use that payment method and giving us permission to charge you for the full amount of your order.
Failed Payments
You can face Failed payments due to number of reasons. Lets discuss them briefly
- Incorrect Details / AVS Mismatch: If your payment fails due to an error code, please double-check that the card number, CVV, expiration date, and especially the billing address match the information held by your card issuing bank.
- Expired Card: If your card is expired or inactive, please use our secure portal to update your payment method and try again.
- Insufficient Funds / Fraud Hold: If your card is declined by your bank for security or insufficient funds, please contact your card issuer directly. They can quickly verify the purchase and lift any temporary security holds. We will hold your cart contents for 48 hours to give you time to resolve this.
- Exceeded Limits: For large transactions like furniture purchases, some cards have a default spending limit. If your payment is declined, please call your bank to authorize the Modecasa purchase.
- Gateway Timeout / Error: If you receive a general ‘Processing Error’ message, please check your email. If your order confirmation is not received within one hour, do not attempt to charge your card again. Contact our support team immediately at support@modecasa.shop, and we will manually confirm your transaction status.
- Payment Not Confirmed: If you are unsure if your payment went through, please contact us via email at support@modecasa.shop
with your name and the furniture item you were attempting to purchase.
Order Confirmation
After your payment goes through, we will send you an email immediately with all the details of your order.
If you haven’t received that email within 2 days (48 hours), please contact us at support@modecasa.shop.
Fraud Prevention
We have the right to cancel or hold an order if we have any reason to suspect it might be fraudulent activity.
We might ask you for extra proof (like identification) to verify your purchase and keep your transaction secure.
Policy Disclaimer
We have the right to update Payment policy anytime without prior notice according to our requirements for smooth shopping experience.
