At Modecasa, we strive to get your furniture to you as quickly and safely as possible. This policy outlines our shipping process, timelines, and what you can expect.
Where we ship
We offer only standard shipping on all orders to addresses within the contiguous United States (48 states). Orders outside USA cannot be processed.
Excluded Areas: We currently do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.)
- PO Boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
- International destinations

Processing & Delivery Timeline
Order Processing
- Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 04:00 PM Pacific Time (-08:00 UTC) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 04:00 PM PT will begin processing the next business day.
- Processing or Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days
- Transit Time: 5 – 7 business days after processing
- Total Delivery Time: 6 – 9 business days from order placement (Delivery Time = Handling time + Transit time)
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance and your location. Rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Tracking Your Order
How to track your order
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email

Order Modifications or Cancellations
Before Shipment
If you need to modify or cancel your order:
- Contact us immediately at support@modecasa.shop
- Include your order number
- We’ll do our best to accommodate changes if the order hasn’t shipped
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified. If you need to make changes, you’ll need to:
- Receive the item
- Follow our Return & Refund Policy
- Place a new order if needed
Delivery Requirements
Signature Requirement
- High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery
- If signature is required, someone must be present to sign
- If no one is available, the carrier will leave a notice for redelivery
Inspection Upon Delivery
IMPORTANT: Please inspect your package upon delivery.
- Check for any visible damage to the outer packaging
- If the box appears damaged, note it with the delivery driver
- Take photos of any damage before opening
- Contact us immediately at support@modecasa.shop if you notice damage
Delivery Issues
Delayed Shipments
If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe:
- Check your tracking information
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
- If unresolved after 3 business days past expected delivery, contact us at support@modecasa.shop
Lost Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive your package:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the delivery address on your order
- Contact the carrier
- If still unresolved after 48 hours, contact us at support@modecasa.shop
We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:
- Document damage with photos (packaging and product)
- Keep all packaging materials
- Contact us within 48 hours at support@modecasa.shop
- Include your order number and photos
We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Change of Address
Before Shipment
If you need to change your address:
- Contact us immediately at support@modecasa.shop
- Include your order number
- We’ll do our best to accommodate changes if the order hasn’t shipped
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified, You have to wait for item to return and dispatch again to your Changed address. Additional Shipping charges will be applied in this case.
Incorrect/Incomplete Address
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- We will contact you to arrange reshipment
- You may be responsible for additional shipping fees
- Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order
Holidays & Peak Seasons
During major holidays and peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.):
- Processing times may be extended by 1-2 additional business days
- Carrier delivery times may be longer than usual
- We’ll notify you of any delays via email
