Q: How can I track the status of my order?
A: Once your order is processed, We will email you the tracking number for your order within 24 to 48 hours.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?
A: Due to our streamlined fulfillment process, cancellations/modifications must be requested within [24 or 48] hours of placing the order. Please contact us immediately at support@modecasa.shop
Q: What are your shipping costs and delivery estimates?
A: We offer so we do not charge any shipping fee, and offer Free Delivery. Once you place your order it will take about 6 – 9 Business days for products to Deliver at your Door step.
Q: What should I do if my furniture arrives damaged?
A: Do not accept delivery if the packaging is severely damaged. If you find concealed damage, please photograph the box and the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@modecasa.shop.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, Modecasa only ships within the Continental United States.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy on all standard, non-custom items. Items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Return & Refund Policy
